Data Deletion

Draft Courier stores Gmail authorization and application information locally on your Mac.

Disconnect a Gmail account

1. Open Draft Courier.
2. Select the Gmail account.
3. Open Settings.
4. Choose the option to disconnect that Gmail account.
5. Repeat for every connected Gmail account.

Disconnecting removes the account’s Google refresh token from macOS Keychain and removes the account configuration from Draft Courier.

Delete local history and settings

1. Quit Draft Courier completely.
2. In Finder, choose Go → Go to Folder…
3. Enter ~/Library/Application Support/DraftCourier
4. Move the DraftCourier folder to the Trash and empty the Trash when ready.

Revoke access through Google

You can also visit your Google Account connections, select Draft Courier, and remove its access.

Support information

Draft Courier does not maintain a server-side copy of Gmail message content or Google authorization tokens. If you previously emailed diagnostic information to support and want it deleted, send a request to support@draftcourier.com from the same address used for the support request.
