Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the Draft Courier macOS application and website. By using Draft Courier, you agree to these terms.
Private beta
Draft Courier is currently a private beta. Features may change, malfunction, or be discontinued. Users should begin with non-critical test messages and independently verify sending results.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your Gmail and HubSpot accounts, the messages you prepare, recipient selection, message content, sending schedule, and compliance with all laws and platform policies.
Acceptable use
You may use Draft Courier only for lawful, permission-based communication. You may not:
- Send spam, deceptive messages, phishing, malware, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Send unsolicited commercial email to recipients who have not consented or with whom you lack an appropriate relationship.
- Use purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained recipient lists.
- Use multiple Gmail accounts to evade Google limits, security controls, spam detection, or account restrictions.
- Remove required sender identification, unsubscribe options, or legally required disclosures.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
Draft Courier depends on third-party services including Google, Gmail, macOS, Google Chrome, and optionally HubSpot. Their availability and rules are outside Draft Courier’s control. You must comply with their respective terms and policies.
No guarantee of delivery or tracking
Draft Courier does not guarantee message delivery, inbox placement, HubSpot logging, open tracking, uninterrupted operation, or continued compatibility with third-party services. Open tracking may be affected by recipient privacy settings and email-client behavior.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated for suspected abuse, violation of these terms, threats to service security, payment failure, or conduct that could harm recipients, third-party platforms, or Draft Courier.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft Courier is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Draft Courier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost revenue, lost data, account restrictions, or undelivered messages.

These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
