Draft Courier Support

Draft Courier is currently available to a limited group of private beta testers.

Need assistance? Email support@draftcourier.com. Include your macOS version, Draft Courier version, affected Gmail account address, and the exact message shown by the app. Do not send passwords or Google authorization tokens.

Gmail authorization

Confirm that the Gmail address has been approved for the beta and that Draft Courier still appears under the account’s authorized connections.

Chrome automation

For HubSpot mode, the selected Chrome profile must be signed in to the matching Gmail and HubSpot accounts. Chrome must allow JavaScript from Apple Events.

Scheduled starts

The Mac must be powered on. If waking the Mac is enabled, macOS may request authorization when wake times are installed.

Safe recovery

If Draft Courier pauses, read the message before resuming. It deliberately stops when a send cannot be confirmed, reducing duplicate-send risk.

Instructions for disconnecting Google accounts and deleting local information are on the Data Deletion page. Privacy questions can be sent to the same support address.
